ERP System
Dimensions of the profile
Basis the customer requirements, the profiles are checked at regular intervals during extrusion both pre and post stretching at regular intervals. These dimensional reports are also recorded and are used for die records
Mechanical properties
Our state of the art mechanical labs help us to ensure that we conduct post facto mechanical tests and ensure we provide quality products to our customers. Our lab is equipped with UTM machine, brinell hardness instruments, barcoal reader, conductivity meter and many more.
Chemical composition
We also have invested in spectrometry to ensure that we are able to ensure that the right chemical composition is maintained through out the extrusion process
Customer specific testing
Basis the customer requirements, we also have instituted customer specific testing to ensure that our products meet the final use case of our customers. Some of the examples include bending & rolling tests, machining tests, threading tests, etc.
