Extrusion Presses
Ralpro consists of two presses both equipped with automated PLC controlled hydraulic Extrusion presses of 880 MT and 1450 MT respectively with installed combined capacity of 6000 MT per annum.
Hot-Top Billet Casting
We are equipped with Hot-Top Billet Casting and have the ability to create billets of complex castings.
Testing Equipment
To ensure strict quality control we are equipped with Hardness tests, Microstructure tests, Spectrometer, Electrical Conductivity tests, UTM machine, Micron-stat, Hydrostatic Pressure tests and Ultrasonic Crack Detector.
Fabrication Unit
Ralpro has inhouse fabrication unit to provide one-stop solutions to customers. Fabrication unit is equipped with CNC Punching machines, CNC Presses, Laser cutting tools and many more.
